Summary :
I specialize in Telecom B/OSS, Billing/Revenue including Retail, Corporate, Interconnect settlement, Prepaid Calling Card, Rating & HLR Provisioning, Walled Garden & Selfcare, sound familiar with the 3GPP billing spec, WiMAX, SMSC and the IN element. From knowledge perspective I can be consider as a working expertise in billing solution. My past jobs getting me better understanding in telco billing elements. I do not only focus on designing & implementing softwares but I did also involved in billing operation for many years, locally and expat. I know Perl, PHP, Powebuilder, postgres, mysql, Sybase ASE and *NIX like OS. I am currently working with the first mobile 4G broadband runner in Malaysia.
